By using Highlane Creative as your Designer, you agree we can use the work we produce for you for marketing and promotional purposes online. If you do not wish for your designs to be used in this way please contact us at the time of placing your order and let us know.

B E S P O K E   D E S I G N S  
Bespoke designs are designs that are created by Highlane Creative from a creative brief by yourself.  At Highlane Creative, we will provide you with a quote once we have consulted with you about the brief and established what your bespoke stationery collection will consist of. The bespoke quote will cover all costs in order to produce your final ideas / designs. Please note that printing is included in our quotes & prices may vary depending on the type of finishing and quantities that you have choosen.

It is important that you could please keep the following in mind. The bespoke designs and its copyright is created and retained solely by Highlane Creative and we will not supply any finished artwork files to yourself or any parties unless agreed to prior. If the finished artwork files are required for any purpose that is not covered in the quote, please let us know so we can work with you to obtain the best possible outcome.

To help Highlane Creative arrive the best outcome for yourself, we recommend that you supply as much information up front to assist us in your bespoke design. Information such as wording, moodboards, posts from Instagram, Google, Pinterest and other online sources or photography you have taken of your venue or items you wish to tie into your design are best to give us the best brief to respond to.

C O L O  U R S
 When viewing our designs on screen, colours do vary depending on different monitors being used. We have hand-selected the very best print suppliers around Australia who only use the best printing press technology to print all of our work. We work very closely with them to have the best possible outcome for all our clients.

E R R O R S   &   P R O O F I N G
We do our best to catch any grammatical or spelling mistakes in your stationery prior to sending you a proof, but we understand that mistakes can still slip through even with many sets of eyes looking over a piece of work.

In the event that there is an error that is caught after your stationery has been printed, and that error was not in the proof you approved, we will rectify the error and have your stationery reprinted at no extra cost. Should you approve a proof that has an error, I will work with you to have your stationery reprinted at your own expense. If you notice an error on your stationery please notify us at info@highlanecreative.com as soon as possible so we can assist you in resolving the problem and make this as stress free as possible.

P R I N T   T I M E S   &   D E L I V E R Y
We take care of the printing process for you with the highest quality, bringing your designs to life. Once you have approved your design proof, we will send your order to print. Print times can vary on the time of year and print method (standard, foil or letterpress). We will always endeavour to keep you in the loop around where your order is at any time if there are any delays. The typical print time is between 1 – 3 weeks for us to receive your order back from the printer. If you require shipping, we will carefully check, pack and ship your order to you once we have received your orders from our suppliers. All  orders will be sent by either a courier or Australia post.

Once we have shipping information we will provide this to you so you can track your order in transit. All orders are sent with an authority to leave so please ensure that you or someone you trust is at the requested delivery address to receive your order.

At Highlane Creative we package our orders carefully to protect them during shipping, however we cannot be held responsible for any damages or loss to your package once it has left our premises. If there is an issue with your order please contact us as soon as possible so we can work with you to resolve the issue.

R E T U R N S
We want all of our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchase. If you need to cancel your order for any reason before the order goes to print we will be happy to arrange a full refund via your original payment method.

As our products are personalised and printed individually for each couple, we are unable to provide a refund after the order has gone to print (orders are sent to print after you have approved your digital proof during your design consultation and via email). Once you have received your order, if you have any questions or issues with your order, please let us know at info@highlanecreative.com and we will respond as soon as possible, making this of high priority.

We will always work with you to provide the best possible outcome no matter the situation, and your satisfaction, love and happiness is our priority. We also love to help out to give tips and tricks for assembly and postage to save you time, money and overall show off your stationery to your guests.
